Motion Photo Explained
A motion photo is a number of still pictures combined together in a short video without audio. It appears as if all the pictures are streaming one after the other.
As per Samsung, Motion Photo puts a little context into the making of the shot by letting you capture a few seconds of action leading up to when the shutter button is released. It even allows you to pinpoint which moment you want to preserve as the still frame. This feature allows you to share Motion Photo as a video file to your friends and relatives.
The Motion Photo feature is present on Galaxy S10, S10e, S10+, Note10 Plus, Note10, Fold, S9, S9 Plus, Note9, Note8, Galaxy S8, S8 Plus, Galaxy S7, & Galaxy S7 edge.
